Dr. Donald Braun graduated from University of Kansas School of Medicine in 1997. He completed his residency in family medicine at Baptist Medical Center. Dr. Braun’s clinical experience has been in primary care medicine for over 15 years, and he is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He was certified in Age Management medicine at Cenegenics Training Institute in 2008. His interest in age modifying medicine began 10 years ago when he was diagnosed with cancer. This life changing experience sparked his interest in BHRT Therapy, health and wellness, and extending life with quality. When Dr. Braun is away from the clinic he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, three boys, and two dogs. Dr. Donald Braun is committed to the advancement of Age Management, as well as providing exceptional patient care and exceeding best practice principles.
Joseph O’Connor, PA-C
Co-Owner/ Physician Assistant
An experienced PA-C, I am a native of Kansas City, Kansas and spent my early adulthood working as a firefighter/ paramedic with KCKFD. Developing a passion for medicine, I returned to school, completing my Post Baccalaureate Pre-Medical Certificate at Rockhurst University and obtaining my Masters / PA at UMKC School of Medicine.
Focused on whole self care, I received training in Functional Medicine through A4M. I am well trained in BHRT and Peptides and have a love for all things Aesthetic.
I hope to help patients enhance every aspect of their life and through shared decision making, choose the best plan of care available. My emphasis on healthy aging provides patients the opportunity to remain functional at an optimal level and to continue living a life full of vitality and inspiration. I believe the “look good, feel good” mantra provides patients the mindset to conquer any obstacle.

Caitlyn Westerhouse

Caitlyn is a wife and mother of 2, an aesthetician, personal trainer, and nutrition coach with a history of business management. After losing 55 lbs she found a love for health, fitness, and aesthetics. She has put time into educating herself and enjoys applying her knowledge to help her patients.
“I believe everything begins on the inside. Our hormones and gut health contribute greatly to our physical and mental health including our mood, energy levels, and appearance of our skin. I hope to provide a welcoming and relaxing, yet educational environment for our patients. I have been a long time patient at Evolution and I believe in it’s vision for the future.”
Fun Fact: In her free time, Caitlyn loves archery in the warmer months and reading in the colder months. She also enjoys arts and crafts with her two young children: Charlie and Henry.

Lexee graduated from the aesthetics program at Entourage Institute of Beauty in 2023. She has always had a passion for skincare and helping others find beauty within themselves. During her appointments, she really loves creating a relaxing and custom experience for each individual. Lexee enjoys making connections with her clients and is so excited to be a part of the Evolution team.
Fun Fact: Lexee danced at Super Bowl LVII with the Kansas City Chiefs Cheerleaders as well as the Men’s NCAA Basketball National Championship in 2022 with the KU Rock Chalk Dancers
